Trans Health Merseyside (THM) is clinical program, that is a part of our new Cmagic healthcare pathway, led by In-Trust Merseyside and currently delivered by Sahir House. Established in 2015, THM provides peer mentoring, health and wellbeing information, support with employability issues and support for victims of transphobic hate incidents.
Volunteer Peer Mentors provide health information and support to those who identify as transsexual, transgender, intersex, and gender non-conforming to help alleviate social isolation and related stress and promote empowerment. Volunteer training, induction, support and travel expenses are provided.
Trans peer mentors will be available for one-to-one support and signposting before and after meetings as follows: 5.30-6pm and 7.30-8pm.

There is changing space available at Sahir House and they are fully accessible.
