The Government Equalities Office has launched a survey to learn more about the experiences that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people have living in the UK.
This survey asks about experiences at work, education, and healthcare, and also about your personal safety.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to answer (depending on how many questions you answer) and all replies are anonymous.
After the survey closes at 11:45pm on 15th October 2017, the results will be analysed and used to inform government plans to improve LGBT equality.
The government will also publish the findings on the GOV.UK website when this analysis is completed. Those results will also be anonymous when published.
On a personal note, after seeing how fast LGBT+ rights are being erased in the USA, I would ask that you do take the time to respond to this survey and help improve all our lives here in the UK.
